Naveen Donthu (Ph.D. University of Texas at Austin) is the Katherine S. Bernhardt Research Professor and the Interim Chair of the Marketing Department at Georgia State University. His current research interests are in the areas of Marketing Productivity and ROI, Virtual Communities, Trade Promotions, and Outsourcing of Sales and Marketing activities. His research has appeared in JM, JMR, JCR, Marketing
Science, Management Science and JAMS. He has served on the editorial boards of JM, JCR and JAMS. He has served as the president of the AMA Marketing Research SIG and VP Meeting of the INFORMS Society for Marketing Science.
